When you join PBJO you get me as your technique coach. I can teach you a TON, with a system that teaches you to become the best athletic version of yourself.We start by getting your hips neutral and balancing out all the major joints in your body from home. As I build your case study, you will send me film of different drills that I help you correct thru text, phone, video , or FaceTime correction.
